Gat-in-je-hand Award - VARA

A Dutch TV-show called 'Alles draait om geld' [it's all about money] did an episode on money wasted stupidly by the state, for instance building ridiculously inconvenient parkingplaces or a lookout point not on top but at the bottom of a dike.

They gave out an award for the stupidest expenses [to have a hole in your hand is a Dutch saying about being a big spender] and asked me to make the actual award. Watch the whole episode here.
