Concrete timber stool remake

Have been wanting to make something out of concrete for a while now, because it's just such a fascinating material and I love the look. Ran across this stool by my favourite Australian pop-up store Provider and thought it would be easy enough to make some of my own.

Still had some buckets from flowers lying around and rest-bits of various colors of paint to mix so went to home-depot for a bag of fast-drying/extra-strong concrete and some dowels.

Made a little jig to saw the legs at equal lengths, sprayed the inside of the buckets with some silicone-spray, mixed the concrete according to instructions, transfered the concrete mix to the individual buckets, stuck the legs in, threw on some nice colors and waited 24 hrs. <3
